Sun Valley Community Church Ladies Bible Study
At Sun Valley Community Church we seek to equip our ladies in the word of God so that they may serve Him, worship Him, Praise Him and be those ladies which the Bible calls each and every woman to be. We believe that the Bible is clear on God’s love for women always highlighting her role and importance. We know that all ladies come from different backgrounds and we want to equip each one, whether single or married in the ways and paths of righteousness. The bible says in Psalm 31:1-2 “In You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be ashamed; Deliver me in Your righteousness. Bow down Your ear to me, Deliver me speedily; Be my rock of refuge, A fortress of defense to save me”.
Our desire is that through the word of God each lady is conformed to the Image of Jesus Christ in both body and spirit and to love Jesus Christ with all her heart (Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil, John 12:3). There are many scriptures that speak about the character and nature of a godly woman including that of Proverbs 31 and Titus 2. We know and can testify to the fact that woman who know God and are in relationship with Him because of the Lord Jesus Christ are those which are the most content, loving, nurturing, and kind among many others.
